Holga Macro

Since my converted Holga lens only works for close up photography, I figured I take it out for a walk around Greenwich Park and use it for some flower macros. This is a small series with some pictures to give an idea of the lens 'quality'. I like it and it's fun playing with some unusual and fun lenses.

  2. Cristian, great colors and rendering, especially the first image with the contrasting warm and cool tones. How sharp is the center of the frame?

  3. Thanks for your comment Björn!

The lens is not very sharp even in the corners but is sharp enough as not to be too noticeable when comparing with normal lenses, of you compare it with M lenses it will fall short but so will a lot of other lenses. For what it is it's decently sharp.
