Not having snorkeling gear didn't exactly allow me to take great underwater photos but I did get some lucky shots and it was nice to just swim and enjoy the beach for a change.
I've been in Thailand a few times but never on the islands so this first time was nice but it reminded me a lot of Phu Quoc.
Koh Samed it very quiet and tiny but quite nice and not far from Bangkok, it's also not full of tourists partying so that's another bonus.
