People Watching in Zurich
Some street photography from Zurich during my stopover on the way back to London from Berlin.
Zurich is a great place for a stopover since it's easy to get to town and small enough to see the main parts of the city in even a few hours.

View over Zurich
GRD, f8.0, 1/1000, ISO 200, JPG
I know, a colour picture from the GRD I is unusual for me but this scene just needed some colour. I shot it using the Colour Bracketing mode since it gives me b&w, colour and sepia pictures without the need to wait 13 seconds for a RAW file. I edited the JPG with RAW Therapee to get more dynamic range out of it and it did work quite well.

Lunchtime in Zurich
GRD III, f1.9, 1/30, ISO 88, RAW
Quick stopover in Zurich on my way back to London. I like stopping over in Zurich, the airport is great and it's quick to get into town and back.

Velo
GXR S10, f3.5, 1/153, ISO 100, RAW, 50mm
Another stop-over in Zurich on my way back to London thanks to the strike at Frankfurt airport. Zurich is great for a stop-over since it's quick to get into town and back to the airport and security is very efficient.
I already took a picture of this bike last time but was not happy with the result, this time I think it's better.

Waiting in Zurich
GXR A12-M, f5.6, 1/189, ISO 200, RAW, 53mm (Voigtlander Nokton f1.2 35mm)
Another stopover in Zurich but this time only one picture rather than a series. I like Zurich and how quick it is to get from the airport to the city and back so you can afford to go into town even for a short stopover without having to worry about being late for your flight.

Stopover in Zurich
On my way to Berlin for work, I had a stopover in Zurich and a few hours to spare. The weather was fantastic and since I had the GXR with Nokton f1.4 35mm lens with me, I went for walk around and took some pictures on the way.

Walking in Zurich
GXR P10, f4.6, 1/310, ISO 100, RAW, 85mm
No, I don't expect anyone to guess that this picture was taken in Zurich. The title refers more to me walking in Zurich and taking a few pictures out of which I like this one best. I only had a few hours there and the weather has been dull an grey with some light rain so not the best opportunities for photography.

The Vultures
The day started very nice with sunshine but then the rain caught up and it did not stop till the evening. Anyway, the plan was to go to the 'Nacht der Museen' (Museum's Night) so the weather outside does not matter too much. This is a very good idea where museums are open till 2am and have various events. It was very nice and something different to do on a Saturday night, especially a rainy Saturday night.
This picture however was taken in the city before the rain started. It is a bit blurry, the 40mm lens was a bit limiting but after boosting the contrast and adding some vignetting it is my favorite picture for today.
