Children of Angkor
While at Angkor Wat, my posts focussed mostly on temples and not much on people in and around them. I mentioned I would post some people shots later on and since I have been doing some sorting of my pictures today it was kind of the right time.
Most of these pictures have been taken with the Canon f1.8 50mm lens and are out of camera JPGs.

Little Poledancer
Took this while having coffee at Canary Wharf. The 200mm zoom of the R10 allowed me to take it without having to crop it massively. I did nothice one thing, the lens is too slow at 200mm and it takes me to long to adapt to this massive zoom so I always get lost and have to find where I am to compose my shot. I would say everything over 90mm is a bit of overkill for me and I am also too detached from the scene to take any really good pictures of people. I really need to try some wildlife photography with the R10 and I also have a particular project in mind but need to find the time for it.

Mischief
Took this picture while out for a walk during lunch today. Liked the scene with the kids climbing on the Millennium bridge. Cropped it to 16:9 to get more impact from it.
Before I took this picture I ran across a Korean Girl with a Ricoh GRD I and 21mm extension lens mounted on it. I looked at her and smiled and she smiled at me once she saw my GRD. This always happens if you come across people with GRDs and sometimes GX cameras and is the advantage of using a niche camera :).
