Gallery Thursday
Went to the Tate Modern during lunch for a quick browse and after work I headed to the Whitechapel Gallery and after to my favourite gallery at the Wapping Project. This is a series of pictures taken at each of these galleries, the first is at the Tate, the second at the Whitechapel Gallery and the rest are all at the Wapping Project.

Chorus at Wapping
Today saw the opening of the latest exhibition at the Wapping Project titled Chorus. It is a sound and light artwork which works very well in the big hall and with the great backdrop of the Wapping Hydraulic Power Station.
There were quite a lot of people at the opening and the exhibition definitely makes for some great pictures and is worth a visit.
After my post yesterday, I decided to use the LC1 for the rest of the week so instead of using the GF1 with the much improved AF or ISO I used the LC1 and was actually quite happy with the results. This I liked best although it is not perfectly in focus or really sharp.

The Wapping Series #2
If you have been reading my first impressions of the Wapping Hydraulic Power Station in my first 'Wapping Series', you will know that I was really impressed with theplace and think it' one of the coolest places in London. I have been there a few times already but have not done another series on it. Today, I decided to walk there again and took the Panasonic LC1 with me and decided to do another series on it.

Beware

The weather was great so perfect for a nice walk. I decided to walk all the way from Greenwich to Covent Garden and stop by the Wapping Project to take some pictures and have a coffee. Took this picture there and like it best from the day.

The Wapping Series

While taking a walk after work I came across an old power station in Wapping and saw that there was an exhibition on so I decided to go in and have a look. The place is 'The Wapping Project'. It was well worth the visit since it is an old power station with some of the machines still inside so it makes for an interesting setting. This time I can also recommend something to Yesbuts, usually he is the one telling me about these places in London.
I need to go back there and take more pictures since I did not have a lot of time today. So for now enjoy this series, all taken with the GX200 and most are at ISO 800 and RAW.
