The One's That Didn't Make It

Today is my 150th post on the blog! :)
Instead of posting yet another picture I decided to take "the day off" and not take any picture. So I will show you some of the pictures that did not make it for the one or other reason. The reason most did not make it was because I had to decide for only one picture per day.
This is a selection of 5 pictures that I really like, so enjoy.

I have added a few more links to fellow bloggers so be sure to check them out as well.

  1. Congrats for your 150th post! I enjoy your blog very much, as it makes the time pass faster until I will have the money to buy me a GRD2! :)

    Keep up the good work!

  2. Congrats Cristi. I especially like the B&W Japan photograph. A very documentary feel.

  3. Thanks for your comments.

Delacruz, hope you won't have to wait much longer to buy the GRD II. It is a great camera although the GRD I is very cheap now and does not need to hide behind the GRD II. In some respects it is superior.

Wouter, this is one of my favorite and dare I say it best pictures. It was hard not to choose it on that day and it was the main reason for me posting the images today.

  4. Cristi, I ordered a GRD II today! It was a really cheap offer at Amazon (360 Euros!) and now I am anxiously waiting. I think the GRD I would be nice for me, too, but I was a little worried about the performance. I took my decision when I saw these great fisheye shots on your blog and found the offer at Amazon. :)

I think these cheap lenses on the GRD2 are great fun, especially for me as I really enjoy my lomo cameras... would be great to see some more shots these days...

  5. This is indeed a very good price Delacruz. Glad you got the camera. I am sure you will be happy with it, aside from the jpg engine it is the best camera out there (IMHO). Need to start charging Ricoh comission for me selling their cameras ;).
Upon your and a friends' requests I have posted more shots with the lenses today and will post even more tomorrow.
