If you have been reading my first impressions of the Wapping Hydraulic Power Station in my first 'Wapping Series', you will know that I was really impressed with theplace and think it' one of the coolest places in London. I have been there a few times already but have not done another series on it. Today, I decided to walk there again and took the Panasonic LC1 with me and decided to do another series on it.
Superb shots, by God's sake! I'm a Canon G10 owner and I was thinking about upgrading to the newest G11 as soon as it appears, but I'm seriously considering buying a GRDIII instead. The more I read about it, the more I love it... Best regards, my friend! P.S.: I've recently been in London for three days and I really enjoy this great city. You're lucky to live in London. I wish I could find a job in London and live there!
Thanks for your comment Manel! These pictures have been taken with the Panasonic LC1 but the GRD III has a very similar look to the images. If you already own a G10, getting a GRD III might be a great compliment when you need a smaller camera and a faster lens. I am glad to hear you enjoyed yout time in London and hope you can find a job here. Let me know next time you come over.
I like these a lot- especially the drawing board. As it happens, I was in the Wapping project on Sat- I seem to remember the drawing board being very expensive! It's a fantastic place for photos.
Great light.

Thanks for your comment John!
ReplyDeleteThe drawing board was really cool and I liked what they did with the light in the room.
