There is something about Hanoi that keeps pulling me back there but after finding the north too cold, I decided to head south and spend Christmas in Hanoi on my way south.
After changing oil and washing my mud covered bike, it was almost midday and there were still just short of 200km to get to Hanoi.
The road was very good in most parts though and in a short part I could even drive 90km/h so made very good progress and despite stopping for lunch n coffee I arrived in Hanoi just after 16:30.
The evening was just spent hanging out with friends and going for a walk around the usual Hoan Kiem area.
