Been a mostly grey and dull day in London today. Did not get much time for photography but managed to take this picture while waiting for the bus. I like cranes and somehow I think they fit well in front of the grey backdrop of clouds.
Mmmm... I like the grey tone of the photo, it's the London's palette as I dream of. By the way, I once saw one crane inserted in a bus' windows, here in La Plata. It was a terrible accident, but nobody was injured. I could scan the pics (was in good old 1994) and upload them to my blog.
It is indeed very grey but I have tried with more contrast and it did not work as wel. It was a really grey day so I decided that the best is to try and show it.
Thanks Marcelo, although London can be pretty grey it is usually not as grey as this picture suggests.
It is good that nobody was injured in the accident. I saw a crane that fell on the road here, too, but lucky there was nobody on the street at the time. Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me that day.
I think this is too grey Cristian - perhaps it could do with a touch of contrast.
