Day 273 - People in Asakusa, Akihabara and Ueno

It was a grey and cold day but I had planned a walk from my hotel in Asakusa to Akihabara and back via Ueno.

Akihabara is one of the places that is a heaven for guys, I mean which guy doesn't like a place full of eleconics, porn and manga shops, bars, cheap eats and coffee shops. :)

Since the weather was not great, I spent a lot of time checking out the Sony a7r with various lenses in Yodobashi and some other shops. It is a great camera and I ended up very tempted to buy one, I did resist in the end thanks to Sony not offering English menus on their cameras and me not having enough money.

Walking around Akihabara was cool though and again different from areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya.

Ueno park ended up being pretty deserted due to the weather and it being quite late when I finally made it over there.

Walking back to Asakusa finally was very quiet without many people on the streets and most places closed due to the holiday.
