Day 323 - More of Vigan

After being unsuccessful to find a place and rent a motorbike, I decided to just enjoy Vigan for today.

I walked around the market and old part of the town, chatted with the locals and in the afternoon decided to head to the Bantay Church Bell Tower to take photos and see maybe a nice sunset from there.

The church was quite nice and I liked the different parts of it, some mere ruins set outside but still nicely done.

The tower itself was very nice and provides great views over Vigan and the surrounding area.

I did hang out at the tower to take photos and enjoy the view and cool breeze up here.

As usual the sunset was not that fantastic and clouds moved in but it was still worth waiting a bit to see it.

The evening was spent exploring more of the old town and also enjoying some of the local Empanadas.

  2. Thanks for your comment!

Vigan is a very nice old city and worth a visit although the old part is not that big so you won't need very long to see it and one day stay will usually be enough to see everything.
